In times of hardship
In moments of hurt
Pain flows in the dusk
Where struggle persists
And grief emerges
Fear captures our souls
Mental health grows critical
And life feels less worth living
But we must keep on moving
Even if you lie in darkness
Or if you tremble in distress
There is a stronger brightness near
The clock continues to tick
And soon enough you will find
A new day comes to arise
Nobody is alone
We all have to agree
Pain is what we all see
When it is in demand
There will forever be
A helping hand in reach
So never remain silent
Encourage yourself to speak
A strong voice is pivotal
Once you open your heart
You shall intend to find
Life may be worth living
