Mi Abuelita’s Famous Cheesecake

Whenever walking into my Abuela’s home, there’s always a sense of welcomeness and warmth, which is just like my Abuelita’s Famous Cheesecake!
1 ¾ cups of graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup of melted butter
1 ¼ cups of sugar, divided
8 ounces of softened cream cheese
1 cup of sour cream
2 teaspoons of vanilla
3 eggs
Step one: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step two: Combine the graham crumbs, butter, and 1⁄4 cup of sugar. Then, press on the bottom of the pan.
Step three: With 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and the remaining amount of sugar, place into a large bowl and mix together until it’s blended together. Add the sour cream and vanilla, mixing well. Add three eggs, one at a time, mixing until fully blended.
Step four: Once everything is blended, pour over the graham cracker crust.
Step five: Bake for one hour to an hour and ten minutes or until the center is almost set. Run a knife around the rim of the pan to loosen the cake before removing completely.
Step six: Refrigerate cheesecake for four hours and after enjoy!
When making this delicious cheesecake and enjoying it after, there will definitely not be any regrets!
