Chik’n and Waffles?! The sound of this month’s flavor being an ice cream did not sound appetizing at all. However, it did have the nice sweet taste of the buttermilk waffle. It had small bits of chicken and waffle which I would have preferred there to be none. The chicken was artificial as it contained 0% real chicken. I think I would have been okay with the base of the ice cream and the maple swirl. It was just a bit too much, I’d recommend going out for a regular brunch date. This month’s flavor would have to be a 2/10.

When I heard the name of this month’s flavor of the month, I was truly skeptical. But, nonetheless I was wrong. This super sweet buttermilk waffle flavored ice cream packed with crispy chick’n & waffle flavored bites wrapped in a maple syrup flavored swirl. Just one scoop delivers breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert, all in one bite. No meat? No problem. This unique ice cream has been crafted to contain 0% real chicken, which does explain the artificial taste your tongue tastes after. It was a bit more on the sweeter side than the savory side- as if a cinnamon roll and French toast were combined. Overall, I give it a 3/10. Just a bit too sweet!
