Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Even as pumpkin season has passed, this yummy treat is still just as good! 😀

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease your pan and line with parchment paper. (Grease paper as well)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp on baking soda
1 tbsp pumpkin spice powder
A pinch of salt

Mix all of these in one bowl. (I recommend using a big bowl for this cause you’ll need more space later!)

1/2 cup of vegetable oil (any oil of your choice)
1 cup or granulated sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 can of 100% pumpkin puree (15 oz)
3 room temperature eggs

Mix these in a separate bowl.

After both are mixed in separate bowls, mix it all into one bowl. (Remember I told you to use a bigger bowl before? This is what it’s for!)
Pour all the batter into a loaf pan, then bake it at 375 degrees fahrenheit for 60-70 minutes.
Let it cool once cooked through, then take it out of pan, slice it up, and enjoy! 😀
