Kennedi Carrasco started a small business for thrifting called “Kennedi’s Kloset.” Her small business offers cute and trendy items of clothing at a reasonable price. She has always had a passion for thrifting clothes and thought of the cool idea to sell the clothing she didn’t keep.
Kennedi gets some of her inspiration from other influencers that she has seen sell their thrifted clothes also. She also made sure to shout out Andrea Anaya as one of her inspirations, who is a senior who attends Selma High.
“I love meeting new people and seeing them love my pieces,” Kennedi excitedly expressed.
Kennedi states that her favorite part of her business is to interact with others.
She has learned a lot since creating her own business, such as how to have interactions with her customers and how to make her own money! Having a business of her own has taught her valuable lessons that will be helpful for her future.
Kennedi has goals for her business.
“Some goals I have for the business is to just keep thrifting and going to as many events as I can.” she said, “as well as keeping my flower business @kennediskreations still going as well.”
Kennedi has been able to balance not just one but two popular different businesses. You can find her on social media platforms such as Instagram. Considering all the experience she has gained while learning how to navigate through her business ventures, Kennedi has advice for anyone who is interested in starting up a business.,
“Don’t be scared! You won’t ever know if something will work out unless you try it out!” Kennedi ensures.
