A Flavor that Melts Hearts: Cherries Jubilee
By Kimberly Bojorquez
In time for Valentine’s, I’m reviewing a personal favorite of mine, Cherries Jubilee. The cherry flavor isn’t overbearing and has a nice ratio of large cherry chunks. It’s an often overlooked flavor, but if you give it a shot you’ll see it’s a great alternative to the Strawberry classic and in my opinion better. As a bonus suggestion, I’d recommend pairing it with Pistachio ice cream as the two flavors complement and enhance each other well. So what are you waiting for? Grab your Valentine, “Galantine,” or loved ones for a treat that’ll satisfy your ice cream craving!
Nutty Coconut: Nutty For You
By Yarektzy Navarro
Although this time of the month is for red and pink vibes, I will forever be a coconut girly. Honestly, this flavor tops pineapple coconut, not because it’s got a cute aesthetic color to it but the flavor is not overbearing with so much sugar. Its chunky walnuts make the cream taste richer and honestly fancier. If I were to compare this taste, I would imagine it to taste like a Luke Bryan concert. AGAIN I don’t know how a concert tastes, but I would just imagine it like this just because of the western vintage vibes it gives. Or honestly just the comforting feeling his concerts give out reminds me of this flavor (I recommend trying both out). So go on knock your boots at Baskin Robbins to try this savoring treat. I personally would recommend this flavor for you! 8/10
