What else can one hope for?

With hearts in the sky?
Many seek lovers
Dates with significant others
Chocolates and gifts
Sometimes a Valentine’s kiss
Love from a boyfriend
May be what they want
But what we don’t see
Is love from family
The treasure of friends
Is what never ends
The love of a mother
Is no greater than another
The loyalty of a pet
Is a beauty we can’t forget
The joy of a sibling
Is something worth visiting
So take in the fun of a lover
But never let it precede
For the true Valentine’s kiss
