This month’s flavor of the month was pumpkin cheesecake. Now when I heard the name, I was a little scared because I’m not the biggest fan of pumpkin. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good pumpkin spice latte, but when it comes to pies, I’m not so hyped for the mushy pumpkin puree. I LOVE anything related to cheesecake, but I didn’t have the highest hopes for pumpkin! But, this flavor was honestly pretty good! I took the first bite expecting to hate it, but it in fact left me pleasantly surprised! It did take a couple of bites to get used to the flavor, almost giving off a cozy vibe. It was a pretty good ratio of pumpkin to cheesecake. It even had some pie crust bits in there. After a while though, the sweetness of the ice cream started to overpower the flavor.
If you want to get a little taste of fall, you should definitely try this ice cream, but I don’t think I’ll have it again. I rate Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream a 6.5/10.

October, the season of everything fall and the start of seasonal treats! The flavor this month was pumpkin cheesecake. It had a comforting essence of pumpkin with a little richness of creamy cheesecake. BUT, I was very hesitant to try it because I saw chunks of pumpkin pie in it or at least that’s what I thought it was. It took a couple tastings to get used to it, but it actually wasn’t that bad. In spite of that, it was a seasonal delight! I would rate it a 7/10.
