We may fight, we may argue,
We may say words that we regret.
We’re taught to hate one another, taught to draw a red line,
Told we are good, they are bad, and that there’s nothing wrong with that.
While we do this, are they to blame?
Two different groups, yet they seem the same.
“It goes full circle,” so they say.
“It’s just because they’re different,” some will blame.
“It’s only human nature,” one will claim.
But the bravest voice of all is the one to say,
“We’re all the same.”
