Refreshing (and Easy) Pink Lemonade Pie
April 26, 2021
Craving cold desserts now that warm weather is here? If your answer is yes, then I have the perfect recipe for you to try at home. This mouth-watering lemonade pie is a delicious dessert to enjoy on a warm spring or summer day, and it only calls for four ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 prepared graham-cracker crust
- 6 oz pink lemonade concentrate, thawed (you can substitute with limeade if you prefer)
- 2 cups softened vanilla ice cream (or frozen yogurt)
- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
* optional: red food coloring
Directions
- In a large bowl, stir ice cream and lemonade concentrate together until it’s all one color
* If you want the pie to be pinker, stir in a few drops of red food coloring. (Pro tip: a little goes a long way!)
- Gently fold in whipped topping & mix well
- Pour mixture into graham-cracker crust (if there’s leftover mixture, you can put it in popsicle molds or small cups with popsicle sticks to save it)
- Put pie in freezer until frozen solid (at least 4 hours)
- When ready to serve, let pie sit out for a few minutes to slightly soften it
- Cut into slices and enjoy! (store leftovers in the freezer to save for later)
